XPI Simulation treats all applications in a transparent and efficient way. Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed and you will be notified if successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process. Typically, this will involve an interview with a Human Resources manager, followed by a meeting with your prospective manager. For high level positions, you may also meet with your future manager's supervisor, should you be successful in getting through to this stage.
